Frequently Asked Questions
Browse items using the search bar or category pages. Add items to your cart, choose a delivery slot, and complete checkout. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.
Go to My Orders from your account menu. Each order shows its current status — Pending, Confirmed, Out for Delivery, or Delivered.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for most items. Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Perishable or personalised items are non-returnable.
Orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed by the shop. Go to My Orders, open the order, and tap Cancel. If the option isn't available, the shop has already begun processing it — contact support for assistance.
Go to My Profile → Addresses to add or change your saved addresses. The active address is used as your default delivery location during checkout.
Click Open a Shop from the footer or seller menu. You'll be guided through creating your shop, adding your first outlet, and listing products. See our Pricing page for plan details.
