Shop Station is a marketplace connecting local merchants with buyers. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

2. Buyers

As a buyer, you may browse and purchase items from merchants listed on Shop Station. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices and availability are determined by individual merchants and may change without notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Shop Station is not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or unavailability at time of delivery.

3. Merchants & Sellers

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Merchants must honour confirmed orders and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the sale of goods.

Shop Station reserves the right to remove listings or suspend merchant accounts that violate these terms or our community standards.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Shop Station does not store full payment card details. Refund and return policies are set by individual merchants; please review them before completing a purchase.

5. Privacy

Your use of Shop Station is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you consent to the practices described therein.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Shop Station — including logos, design, and software — is the property of Shop Station or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shop Station is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shop Station shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Shop Station after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email where practicable.
